I looked at other apartments in the downtown area and chose Rivers Edge due to many considerations. Walking distance to Main Street , parks, restaurants, very easy and quick. Staff most helpful and friendly. Very pleased with my decision!!

LOVE the location! All the staff here are amazing. Any issues (rare) are taken care of immediately. Am very happy with the activities and events they provide. Nice ways to meet up with our neighbors!

We have lived here for a few years. Location is great. Maintenance staff is great. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles the new buildings have. Also being an older building it’s starting to look shabby. Needs new paint everywhere and common areas aren’t very clean. Definitely needs a refresh.
