Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have an income based program at Selene, but we do accept anyone who income qualifies, as well as is able to pass our credit and background screening. We... appreciate every resident that we have at Selene, and we certainly welcome everyone into our community with open arms.

I am very happy with this place since Greystar has taken over management. They inherited a lot of problems and have worked hard to take of them. All my service requests have been taken care of quickly. The property manager and the assistant property manager, take the time to listen to you if there are concerns and are very nice. They have held some nice social events at the clubhouse too.

Cannot trust Jada
I received a written quote from Jada the leasing agent and when I called back the next day to rent the apartment I was told that they cannot honor the quote. I was told in writing that I can use the two free months with a short term lease but that I would have to pay more for the short term lease and they will not honor the price that I was emailed.
