Lenny, the assistant manager, answered every question before I signed my lease and never made me feel like a burden. His commitment to enforcing rules fairly and maintaining a respectful environment gives me real confidence in the management.

The **maintenance team—Mike, TJ, and the newest team member, also named Mike—**is outstanding. They respond quickly, treat residents’ homes with respect, and take pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained. They consistently go above and beyond, even picking up dog waste or correcting issues that residents should be handling themselves, simply because they want the community to look its best.

Meeting Caroline, the property manager, confirmed everything residents had told me. She is warm, patient, and clearly an excellent leader who inspires the strong teamwork I see every day.
