This is the worst experience I've ever had with any apartment complex, much less one that seemed so beautiful, with management that seemed so caring and concerned -- and responsive -- before I signed the lease. I should have just stuck to my guns and not signed the lease until I could actually take possession of the apartment I was supposed to live in.
