I've lived in apartments since 2019. This is the first complex where it feels like home. I feel safe here as well. The office personnel and the maintenance staff are great and easy to work with. Only minor issues which were handled quickly. Also, the residents are friendly and very nice people.

I have lived at Coastal Exchange for a year and I just renewed my lease. I've lived at other apartment complexes in this area and this is the first one to feel like home. I feel appreciated by tge entire staff. Also, most importantly, I feel safe here.

I’ve only been here less than a month but I love it so far. The location is what I love the most. I also enjoy the beautiful salt water pool, the concierge trash pickup and the willingness of the staff to help and answer any questions.

Moving to coastal exchange has been the best decision we have made. We toured 5 other communities and non of them compared to the location, amenities and friendliness of the staff. If you are new to Myrtle Beach or lived here your entire life look no further than Coastal Exchange.
