Been living in seapath for almost a year. Counting the days till my lease expires. Horrible place, fights, screaming, and no sense of security at all. Don't buy the 5-star reviews, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Not a safe place to live, especially with children.

I just love Sea Path. It's beautiful in the apartments and the scenery is even better. The office staff are just very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to live here. The only thing, more parking for handicap. The maintenance crew is great. Very nice, and they explain everything.
