Very nice area. Very quite but not far from North Myrtle or Myrtle Beach. The staff is excellent in handling any maintenance issues as they arise. Office staff always is there to help

Abrazzo At Waterway
I liked that everything was set up and ready to go upon move in. (Internet/utilities) without the need to call and have to set up ourselves. The community is clean. It is new so that is nice, having brand new appliances including washer/dryer is a plus. Like any place has its pros and cons. We enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. Cons are mostly related to noise and cigarette smells.

A wonderful place to call home
I absolutely love living at Abrazo at Waterway Hills! The community has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team here truly makes it feel like home. Kennedy and Nicole in the office have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs.
One of my favorite aspects of this community is the resident events. They create opportunities to meet neighbors. The maintenance crew is always friendly and quick to address any concerns we may have.
I'm particularly excited about the pickleball court. Plus, we... can't wait to enjoy the pool when the weather warms up!
Overall, I highly recommend Abrazo at Waterway Hills to anyone looking for a friendly and vibrant community!
