Love living at LUXE
I've called Luxe Market Commons home for 2 years and absolutely LOVE it! The amenities are superb, location is convenient, and community is safe. Ashely, Caroline and Sydney makes it even better with all they do for the residents. They have so many activities each month and go above and beyond!

10/10 in every way!
Luxe at Market Common is a place worth calling home. The maintenance team is quick to repair any issue, big or small. The office staff is also exceptional as they bring a sense of community with numerous resident events monthly. PLUS the location is amazing! Nothing beats walking to the restaurants in Market Common, and you are just a short drive to the beach. AND you can’t talk about Luxe without mentioning the amazing amenities. They have a beautiful pool, dog park, and a huge gym. If you’re... looking for a place, make sure it is on the list!

Luv Livin at Luxe
Wonderful & friendly community. Office staff are so helpful and maintenance is fast! Activities are really fun, something different every month. Lots to do in the community within walking distance.

If you’re looking for somewhere to live in the area, this is the place to be!! The staff are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. I will be staying here as long as I can because of the wonderful staff, amazing amenities and just because of how beautiful this place truly is
