Cheap, poor quality homes. Everything breaks and falls apart. Major bug problems!! Toilets malfunction and won’t flush. A/C broke during hottest time of year, took over a week to get it fixed. Heater broke during coldest time of the year and they never fixed it because we were moving out that month. Waited over 2 years for amenities that were supposed to be “coming soon.” Never happened. They’re putting the pool next to the highway, how gross and unpleasant. Management is a joke and the entire... team has been replaced numerous times. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!!!
