I’m so happy I’m here for another year! The rooms are lovely, spacious, and well laid out. The location is perfect on the West End, and the parking garage is such a nice plus!

This is undoubtedly the best renting experience I have ever had. Young building with top-knotch maintenance, a full 24-hour gym, coffee machine and draft beer, a wonderful saltwater pool and did I mention the complementary Greenville Drive tickets? All on the edge of downtown Greenville! Not only that but the staff are constantly trying to improve this place.

Only here a couple days so far, but the admin team has been so very helpful, the residents are friendly and all have good things to say about the community, and I absolutely love how the property is kept so clean and fresh!
