Apartments are a five star. Very new, updated, and everything works great. But you can hear the people and pets above you a lot. Maybe they're just stompers, but the large dog races around playing and it sounds like a herd of claws and hooves stomping everywhere. Plus you hear the big rope toy or kong dropping all the time. If it wasn't for that annoyance it wound be a five star experience all day.

Just moved in recently, the apartment complex is great so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's fairly quiet, and it's very nice and new.

This is Home. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I can always call or stop by with any questions and I’m always greeted with a smile. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is quick and responsive.

Phenomenal experience here at Rolling Hills so far. From customer service to their maintenance team. All go above & beyond. I wish there was an option to opt out of specific services like valet trash (I take my own trash out) and the cost of a garage could be a little lower. Other than that, I definitely recommend Rolling Hills ????????
