Flagship Western is a great place to live. Good management, friendly staff, fast maintenance repairs, and also just a great atmosphere. It's very quiet and overall feels very homey.

After living here two years, my experience has been great! Hardly any issues have come up, and when they did, help was fast and easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful, as well.

The staff here have been nothing but kind to me. However, I don’t like that the property management has turned rent increases every year into a game/competition. I don’t play about my money and I don’t understand why I have to make the decision to renew or give up my apartment a month after my lease starts. I also don’t understand why rent has to increase every year in the first place when the amenities stay the same. It’s an okay price for what it is compared to others in the area.
