I did not enjoy my time living here. I have had a myriad of issues since moving in regarding the staff mostly but also involving maintenance issues that went months unfixed such as our ac being out in summer for several months with only a window unit being placed on the bottom floor which of course did nothing for my top floor room.

It’s not a bad place to live, however there needs to be more communication from the staff. They don’t communicate well, and things don’t get done.

My fiancée and I have been here for almost 2 years. Our experience has had its ups and downs, but we love it here. Our animals love it here. We have made many great friends and have great times and it’s truly nice to feel so at home with others and have it so affordable.

For pricing, Flagship Western is a great place to stay. People here are great to work with. Easy access to packages and mail. Nice little set up in the office area. And the outdoor section is nice too.

There are pros and cons to living here. No place is perfect however the main issues I’ve encountered involve lack of communication around maintenance and lack of care around issues. Its a good place to live but renewing on a sliding scale feels wrong.
