Nice being near city center. Clean and quite. Love the grills. Good parking. A lot of nice people. Only thing is the garbage service is a little strict.

We love our apartment, except for the bedroom carpet. The staff are always there to help if needed. We have truck food weekly, almost monthly community gatherings. Amenities are great, much better than other apartment complexes that we looked at before moving to DW.

I love living here, the only thing I would say it would be nice if the floors were more well insulated to help with noise from above- other than that this apartment is absolutely fantastic
