I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and just renewed my lease again. It’s the perfect place for me and my Rocco! There are so many dogs here and it’s nice to let them all play together. Our home looks downtown and it’s so easy to just walk out and the sidewalk goes right into the riverwalk. There’s always food trucks and events to meet new people! I’m glad I chose district west!

Great Apartment- Perfect Location
I have loved living in District West the past 5 months, it is the perfect location to downtown and the swamp rabbit. Parking is easy, its quiet and you cannot beat valet trash! The staff is attentive and kind and very quick to solve issues (if there are any). Great place to live!

Great location, excellent amenities
District west is located at the perfect location between downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. One can easily bike or run on the swamp rabbit or go downtown to one of the many activities there.
Additionally, District West has a comprehensive gym including stationary bikes, a variety of weightlifting machines, and more. They also have a club room which is excellent to hang out in and play one of the many games (pool, shuffleboard, etc). For the cost, District West is well worth the money.

Perfect location
