We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease from 9/1-3/31. Rent is $1,750, and we will subsidize $250 a month to ensure a quick process so we can focus on our move out of state. House is in great condition... . We've been here for 3.5 years, and would love to stay, but I received a job offer out of state.

Fully fenced yard, hardwood through most of the house, only a couple minutes from the Liberty Bridge and very close to downtown. Very central while also being quiet as it is on a solely residential street that loops in on itself. Most neighbors are retirees or young couples. Moore park with a large swimming pool and playground for kids is a very short walk away.

Our lease allows for two small dogs, and additional term may be possible, but would need to be negotiated directly with landlord.
