The place always smells terrible, outside of the building near sassafras it wreaks and near the trash rooms, and days the compactor is running, my sinks smell like sewage.

Great staff
I lived at brewers block for a year but decided not to renew my lease. A huge selling point for me was the roof top pool but when i moved in the buildings were still under construction and there were only about 20-30 other tenants throughout all 3 buildings so the pool was never packed. Now that all three
buildings are pretty occupied it’s almost always packed to the point you can’t even get a seat. It’s a very small pool especially to share amongst a three building community. Other than that... the amenities are awesome, all the staff from the leasing agents to even the cleaners that come in daily are really great. Liana was extremely helpful anytime i needed something or had a question.
