Hello! My roommate recently moved out and so I have a large bedroom available in a great location on mt Washington. The spot is a minutes walk from the Duquesne incline and overlooks! It's on a quiet street, has laundry in the basement, Central AC,... and the house is furnished except your bedroom. Rent would be 900 which would include utilities! I am not too motivated to get a roommate, so It would have to be the right fit. I work from home most days, I like to explore the city, have friends over, go for runs, or travel.
