An educated professional with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pamela began her career in biotech and pharmaceutical sales, developing skills in communication, problem-solving, and high-stakes negotiation. Since transitioning to real estate in 2009, she has used these skills to build a reputation for her responsive, thorough approach and highly attentive representation. which now serves her clients in achieving smooth, successful transactions—time after time. Raised in Washington County and having relocated several times across states before returning to Pittsburgh in 2000, Pamela understands firsthand the emotional and logistical complexities of relocating; and having personally navigated nearly every type of real estate transaction —from first-time purchases to empty-nest downsizing, from investment property to condo living to new construction, she brings not only market expertise but also an understanding of the emotions and difficulties involved in these significant life experiences. It’s this personal experience that fuels her passion as a Realtor. Guided by a genuine love for her hometown and a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face during these major life transitions, Pamela delivers invaluable expert insight into the region’s neighborhoods, school districts, and housing market Pamela specializes in working with relocation clients, investors, empty-nesters, and condo buyers and sellers throughout the city of Pittsburgh and the surrounding southern communities. In addition to her work as a licensed Realtor with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty, Pamela is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, the Council of Residential Specialists, and the Worldwide ERC (formerly Employee Relocation Council). A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing her associate broker’s license. Outside of real estate, Pamela enjoys traveling locally and abroad, exploring Pittsburgh’s vibrant neighborhoods and restaurants, cooking, and spending time with her husband, children, grandson, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Gunner.
