• Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00.
• A deposit must be paid in the form of available funds in order to remove an apartment from the market.
• Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants
• Applications are not considered complete without payment of application fee and all requested documentation.
