Fast maintenance service, excellent noise insulation. I had a lot of noise problems in previous apartments in Center City, Philadelphia, but it is a pin-drop silence here. I would re-lease here again if I could.

Ludlow is an incredible community to live in. The building is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The management team is truly exceptional. Tim consistently goes above and beyond to help residents, and his professionalism and kindness never go unnoticed. The front desk staff are also wonderful and welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything you need.

Loving the apartment and community so far. The building is stunning. The people have all bbeen so welcoming and friendly. Concierge is super helpful.

Overall positive experience however would be nice to have amenities more functioning. Example: outdoor grills aren’t all working and fire pits also aren’t both working
