Don’t move here. Don’t move into the top floor. The HVAC units above the apartments on the 7th floor are so loud and they vibrate through the ceilings and into the units themselves. It is not worth the additional cost to live on the top floor. Management will take a while to follow up with you if at all. If there are any apartment issues you will need to constantly follow up and ask them for updates.

The building has potential. Just because it’s new it’s no excuse for things to not be finished or completed well, we still pay the full rent given conditions. The building needs to be more secure and things need to work. Like the key fob systems.

Very friendly staff made applying and moving in comfortable and easy. Property is nice with a great location as well

The building does not have the advertised amenities, including concierge services. Because of this package delivery and even USPS mail wasn’t available because no one could enter unless an employee happened to be walking by when they arrived. So you may want a PO Box if you move in. And unfortunately the app they rely on for a locked package room has a lot of errors so your packages can be locked away for extended periods of time.

Additionally, I found someone sleeping on the lobby couches one... morning. He was annoyed I woke him up to pass through to take my dog out. But because there is no front desk or security this happens.

The rent is comparable to other buildings in the area, so you are paying the same for little to no amenities, just frustrations.
