Maintenance staff is great. Noise isolation of the building is poor and management could be more communicative. Gym is better now that the ac works/it’s cold outside.

A week after I moved in there was a flood on the main floor due to some pipes so, I've had to deal with building accommodations my entire time living here. Also the gym without AC in the summer.

I have not complained because im grateful for the apartment still functioning and having all appliances functioning
