Living at The Hamilton I has been a wonderful experience. I love coming home and enjoying the beautiful amenities that the building has to offer. It is in a safe and very walkable area. i love it here!

LOUD. You will NOT sleep. A glorified dorm room
Horrendous building. DO NOT LOVE HERE. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. This building is bad for your health. It is a glorified dorm room with non stop parties, weed smell everywhere and the absolute THINNEST WALLS ever. Do NOT fall for the trap of cool amenities (they are average and falling apart), this place is a NIGHTMARE. The leasing office will NOT do no anything about the noice. There are supposed quiet hours that are never enforced. The people who live here are just awful. This place is LOUD so get... ready to have your health deteriorate. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The Hamilton is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are very well maintained, it is a loft style apartment, it feels spacious with high ceilings and big windows. The amenities are out of this world! It feels like living in a club. My favorite amenities are the rooftop, the golf simulator and the gym!
Very well located near the city hall and other landmarks of the city you can reach almost any means of transportation and groceries. Also have a lot of fun getting to know the city in your... free time.
I highly recommend living here. It is worth every penny.
