Lovely space! The rooftop with its direct view on city hall is unmatched! The business center with its individual meeting rooms are ideal faut WFH! Leasing office and concierge are also really cool!

I’ve lived at the Griffin for about 5 years and have loved it but more recently have found things little have begun to go unfixed. 1 elevator has been out of service for months. At times the gym will go weeks without wipes to clean the equipment after use. And a few times in the last 12 months the trash shoots have been blocked causing trash to pile up in the trash rooms. Most concerning is currently the front doors are broke and have been for over a week.
Previously I had almost no issues with...
the building over the years but it’s just a serious of things recently that has me rethinking things.
