I have never lived in a building where the management is incapable of locking the doors and providing a modicum of security for tenants -- then I moved here.
Management is well aware of the glaring security flaws at this property, including a garage door that doesn't close and a front door that does not close. Anyone, at any hour, can walk into this building, wander the halls and get to a resident's door. This has led to criminal activity in the building, including theft of tenant property in... the bike storage room; management, informed of this, ignores tenants' concerns.
Do not move here.

We have lived at Poth for about a year. Seeing this building go from abandoned to fully restored was exhilarating. Even to just walk the building and see the architectural details and restored graffiti give a rich sense of the buildings history. It was actually quite exciting just to move to Poth. Slowly all of the amenities have come into existence... gym, roof top deck and community room are operational as of 3/2024. There have been a few hiccups like the garage doors but the property manager... does a good job of keeping things moving in and out. I'm just thankful to have parking inside in Brewerytown.

Worst apartment experience of my entire life. The building is beautiful and apartments are as well but there are a lot of things not completed in the building that have caused issues and damages in many apartments. The beauty of the building is not worth the issues the apartments have and how terrible the management is towards its tenants. Lastly we paid for all of the amenities they listed gym, roof, and community room and these were all supposed to be available a couple months after it opened.... After a year and a half later we only had a gym and still were required to pay for all amenities. They put off starting the roof deck to put in a coffee shop that we would still have to pay for. Almost everyone I knew or met has terminated their lease or not renewed.

I moved here last year, not only were all the amenities not available, but there was still active construction. To make matters worse they allowed residents to use the amenities in their other building. However you can not use them on holidays. The promised roof deck is still very much incomplete. Management is rude and at times very unresponsive. Now they are back charging all residents for electricity due to a clerical error we had nothing to do with. All charges say ‘estimated’ meaning they... have no idea what you actually used. No one I know in the building is renewing at the end of their lease. Move here at your own risk!
