Great apartment living. Have been here almost ten years. Neighborhood is great for going to nearby stores and restaurants. Also convenient for walking into Center City.

I have found Logan Lofts to be a wonderful community to live in. The residents are friendly and kind, and it’s the employees who really bring everything together. I am consistently impressed by how quickly maintenance responds to requests, how helpful and outgoing the concierge staff are, and especially how welcoming and wonderful Char Wilkerson in the leasing office is. She is a frequent presence in the community and host of community events. I’ve been a renter for almost 10 years and this... is hands-down the most welcoming and home-like community I’ve lived in. It’s a great place to come home to.

Management ignores emails about residents smoking at this non smoking building. Hallways and sometimes apartments reek of marijuana. Nothing is done about it.

Love living here, my apartment is fantastic, the location is great. Building needs 24/7 concierge & key fobs as opposed to the app you need to access the building. It’s inconvenient when your lugging things in or coming home at odd hours to have to fumble with your phone to gain entrance.
