It’s the People That Make Jessup House Special
As a guest visiting my sister at Jessup House, I love how welcoming and comfortable the building feels. From the moment you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a typical apartment complex. It feels like a true community. The location is incredible, putting you right in the heart of the city, close to everything, yet it still feels like a place you can relax and enjoy.
One of my favorite things as a guest is how much the amenities are actually used and lived in. It feels like you can be outside of the... home without ever being away from home, which makes spending time there feel easy and natural.
The staff truly elevates the entire experience. Shamara at the front desk is such a warm, welcoming face and always makes you feel immediately at ease. The office staff — Steven, Natasia, Ryan, and Yolanda — are all incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Every time I stop by the office with my sister, especially for coffee, I’m greeted with warm smiles and bubbly personalities.
Even as someone who doesn’t live there, it’s easy to see why people love calling Jessup House home. The building, the community, and the people who run it make it the best of everything. It’s always a place I look forward to visiting!!

Amazing Experience and Beautiful Property
Jessup House in Philadelphia is truly a stunning community. The amenities are top-tier, and the entire property feels thoughtfully designed. Even with the listed square footage, the units feel surprisingly spacious and comfortable, definitely some of the most well-laid-out apartments I have toured in the city. The office staff deserves a shoutout as well. They were incredibly professional, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It is clear they take pride in providing... a great experience for prospective residents. I genuinely would have loved to live at Jessup House, but my job ended up taking me to a different city outside of Philadelphia. Still, it left a great impression, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living experience in the area.
