I just moved to a bigger apartment unit at Jessup and I’m so happy with my decision to upgrade / stay at Jessup. I was living in a smaller studio for the first two years. It’s an amazing location- walkable to so many areas in the city & great access to public transport. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve personally experienced in my years of renting. They are so prompt and professional and thorough. Deano, Chris, Jaurer, Montez are all great. Steven the leasing agent helped me find this new... bigger unit and he has been such an incredible resource / so approachable and responsive. The lobby concierge team is always so helpful and do the hard work of managing our package room. It’s so easy to get my packages. When I toured other apartments in the area, I felt like Jessup did the best with Luxer/package organization. The common spaces are great for working. The pool and rooftop are all great and well kept as well. The only caution I would give people who are unfamiliar to city life is that street noise can carry to the apartment during specific celebratory weekends or nights (I.e. currently a lot of FIFA events at nearby bars). But I still feel like I have a great place to call home and feel comfortable.

Wildly overpriced for what it is. Unless you need to live next to Jefferson hospital I’d recommend looking elsewhere and getting better value for your money.

We love the events
I love the events and fun here so so much. We have the best events and community I love these apartments so much I hope I can live here forever and we keep having great events. I love seeing all the dogs and enjoying all of the amenities there
