This is a good place to live. There are some quirks like every building but overall it is nice. The AC/heating system in my apartment specifically is extremely loud but that does not bother me. Management is generally responsive along with maintenance.

Great! Everyone has been very friendly, especially the maintenance staff and front desk attendants.
The only thing I have to say is the garbage trucks are very loud in the morning from 4 AM-5/30/6 AM

My husband and I love living here. It’s the perfect distance from school and in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet and we never really hear our neighbors. Staff is friendly and respectful.
