This apartment also features a shared community pool that you are welcome to use for your enjoyment. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One dog or cat is welcome with this unit for a non refundable pet fee of $300 and a $50 monthly increase in rent for a dog or $35 monthly increase for a cat. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and is non refundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required.
