Lived here for a few months and I have to say that I still love it here. The staff are all wonderful and the amenities are quite good, especially for downtown Portland.

ELEVATORS NEVER WORK.
If you are disabled, elderly, or just prefer NOT to walk up 10+ flights of stairs filled with dog poop and urine, do not move here.
If you want to be able to use your amenities rather than getting emails not to use the pool because you could get an infection, don't move here.
If you want to feel like the people who work in your leasing office aren't annoyed by your existence, don't move here.
I've lived here for 2 years and only stay because of the price of the apartment. The girls in the... office, except for Chelsea, are short and borderline rude every time I email or come by the office for anything. They send you an email that they have a package for you, you go to pick it up, and they tell you "we haven't sent emails out today" - While I'm viewing the email sent to me 30 minutes ago.
The elevators break down constantly. I've gotten emails from them on the following dates notifying tenants of an elevator outage (meaning NO elevators work or just 1 does): 6/24, 6/23, 6/13, 6/5, 5/30, 5/27, 5/26, 5/21, 5/20, 5/17, 5/12, 5/11, 5/10, 5/8, 4/9, 4/1, 2/28, 2/4, 2/3. This is JUST the times they've notified us - There has been countless times that elevators don't work with 0 communication.
I'm *this* close to consulting a legal team to see what we can do about this because it's absolutely not okay. The collective always blames vendors or someone else instead of taking any ownership. Move anywhere else.

It's concerning to learn... about the mishaps with package notifications and we will definitely take a closer look at this. Our team strives to make all residents feel respected and appreciated so it's disheartening to read about your negative feelings towards our staff - we will reflect upon your comments for efforts of improvement. We understand that changes need to be made regarding elevator reliability; however we truly are at the mercy of our vendors as they own the elevators.
As residents like you are vital members of our community, dissatisfaction on this scale is unacceptable in our eyes; these matters are not taken lightly under any circumstances. We genuinely appreciate your criticism as it allows us an opportunity for growth which ultimately aims at creating a better living experience here.

the hot tub is closed. The elevators are broken. The office ladies are nice. I hear my neighbors are very loud and not nice. i don’t like that there are mean random people in the lobby
