Do not move in here if you value professionalism, peace of mind and cleanliness. Everyone from the maintenance team to the leasing agents to the property manager, are in my opinion, the worst team of professionals that I have ever been involved with and rented from. They have lied, manipulated and went out of their way to cause unnecessary issues. They don't take care of the property very well at all. They do not respond professionally or timely or appropriately to any degree, any of the... concerns or issues that arise in the community. It is severely overpriced for what they do have to offer. The property manager does not know what she is doing to any degree whatsoever. You can never come in contact with her. If you try to get your concerns to corporate, they will not escalate it to corporate, because they know that when corporate finds out what they do, they would probably clean house and find a different team.

We lived in the West End District in Beaverton from April 2024 - July 2025, and our experience was genuinely excellent. Our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the community always felt clean and welcoming. We only moved because my husband began working remotely and we needed a second office space and if West End had 3-bedroom options, we absolutely would have stayed.

One of the biggest highlights was the staff. Everyone we interacted with from leasing to... management was consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were great before we moved in, supportive throughout our entire stay, and just as kind and professional during the move-out process. It made a huge difference knowing we were always treated with respect and genuine care.

Maintenance was also A+. Any request we submitted was handled quickly and done right the first time. The team was always courteous, and you could tell they took pride in keeping the property running smoothly.

The location is another major perk. Being able to walk to great restaurants and amenities - especially Prime Tap House, the nail salon, dentist (plug for Dr, Irena Moga) made everyday living easy and enjoyable.

Overall, West End District was a wonderful place to call home, and we’d enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, convenient, and welcoming community in Beaverton. Read More

Do NOT fall into their trap. They offer free weeks of rent but after you move out they charge you the same amount as “damage repairs” when in fact we left the place exactly as we moved in. They are liars and absolutely terrible at communicating and as human beings in general

Please beware that this apartment complex will take most of your security deposit upon move out for cleaning and carpet cleaning. My security deposit was $330 and they ended up refunding me $10 after my move out. Keep in mind, I walked the unit with maintenance beforehand who pointed out no issues. I cleaned the apartment and I don't have any pets either. I'm sure they would've charged me a painting fee as well, but lucky for them I never touched the walls or hung anything up!

First, the break ins. Over the last 6 months there have been numerous breaks ins of cars and storage units and at one point it was on a weekly basis including multiple nights in a row. There were no security cameras and the community received multiple emails warning of the break ins and that they were even able to get to the resident floors. Next, there's the evacuations. A strange smell consumed multiple buildings bringing the fire department on site multiple times over the course of a few... weeks which required the building to be evacuated. Lastly, as a thank you for tolerating a year of break ins, evacuations, and construction, they sent a new lease agreement increasing rent by about $400 to be consistent with the market... well the other properties in this market don't have the police and fire department responding there every week so skip this one and find a safer place to live.
