There is a lot of miscommunication and confusion in new staff and/or new management. A simple repair request was not handled in the system and I had to call the office. MH did not hold the move-out elevator as promised, costing us almost another hour in moving costs. Two weeks after I turned the apartment keys in, MH called me asking where the keys were. In a great neighborhood but these apartments aren’t it. The walls are incredibly thin, which makes working from home difficult with the thumps of your upstairs neighbors simply walking, dogs barking, kids yelling. No AC offered in some units, barely any storage space, smells of wet dog and weed everywhere. Water takes forever to warm up, especially in the sinks. Be sure to really tour the unit you’re moving into & beware!

Would you like to live in a new facility? surrounded by an interesting community
of stores, restaurants, movie theater, and grocery store. The parking garage
accommodates not only motor vehicles but also bicycles. I was excited to find
that each apartment had a washer and dryer.

Comfortable floor plans with multiple community-centric features in the building. Not to mention in Sellwood-Moreland, one of the most desirable places to live in Portland.

I loved living at Meetinghouse! Very modern looking apartments, great location, quiet, with extremely kind staff and residents. When I got COVID, management worked with me when it came time to pay my bills and were very helpful any other time I had questions.
