It was the sincere kindness, consistent communication, and a genuine "you matter and we are happy you are considering making Meetinghouse your new home" experience that I received from the AVENUE5 RESIDENTIAL staff that was a huge selling point for me. I SPOKE WITH HUMANS AND NOT ROBOTS when I called the Meetinghouse. An AVENUE5 RESIDENTIAL staff person answered the phone every time. I've been here a few weeks and cannot believe how incredibly quiet, clean, and welcoming the AVENUE5 RESIDENTIAL... staff and other tenants have been. Thank you Meetinghouse and AVENUE5 RESIDENTIAL for holding onto excellent "old-fashioned" customer service.

Beware of new management!
There is a lot of miscommunication and confusion in new staff and/or new management. A simple repair request was not handled in the system and I had to call the office. MH did not hold the move-out elevator as promised, costing us almost another hour in moving costs. Two weeks after I turned the apartment keys in, MH called me asking where the keys were. Two months later, we still have some move-out utilities costs in dispute, as we've been dealing with two different statements and two different... people at MH property management and BILT/RentCafe Accounting. We were good tenants at MH, lived there almost five years, and until the management change we were very satisfied.

Look Elsewhere
In a great neighborhood but these apartments aren’t it. The walls are incredibly thin, which makes working from home difficult with the thumps of your upstairs neighbors simply walking, dogs barking, kids yelling. No AC offered in some units, barely any storage space, smells of wet dog and weed everywhere. Water takes forever to warm up, especially in the sinks. Be sure to really tour the unit you’re moving into & beware!

Would you like to live in a new facility? surrounded by an interesting community of stores, restaurants, movie theater, and grocery store. The parking garage accommodates not only motor vehicles but also bicycles. I was excited to find that each apartment had a washer and dryer.
