Staff were all very helpful and flexible throughout the move in process. The apartments themselves are very well maintained and in an excellent location, and the facilities are above standard.

I moved here from Houston in February. This was huge for me. My son helped me to find a safe and great apartment in NOMA. I have not met many people, however, I feel like Aubrie and Heather have been friends of mine forever. I work from home so when I get out, I love to go visit them. I love this community and being in the center of everything that is going on downtown. I could not have found a better place to start my new journey.

This community is truly beautiful, safe, and perfectly suited to my lifestyle and preferences. The grounds are well-kept, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I feel completely at ease here. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home.
