Mary worked with me when I was helping a friend out with their move to Oklahoma! She was so professional and great at answering any questions that my friend may have needed to know about the apartments or units we decided we wanted to tour and she made the process super simple and stress free!

HORRIBLE & NIGHTMARE
I have had roaches since I moved in and they have done nothing to fix it. My AC broke and instead of getting new AC they put in a window unit and raised my electric bill by 100%.

Love it here !!
Absolutely love Cascades at Southern Hills! This community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The grounds are maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet, and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch — from the pool and fitness center to the walking trails and shared spaces, everything is thoughtfully designed and well-kept.
The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently,... which is a huge plus.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and beautiful place to live. I highly recommend Cascades at Southern Hills to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe
