I find everything very convient. Parking is close. Mail delivery is close. Its a gated community. So far so good for everything!

It’s quiet living, which I enjoy. Good location and decently priced. However, there are plenty of issues with maintenance and insects, primarily roaches, the latter of which was finally solved after 3 pest control visits. I faced numerous problems when I first arrived, and after 3 months, they are still slowly getting solved.
