I have had roaches since I moved in and they have done nothing to fix it. My AC broke and instead of getting new AC they put in a window unit and raised my electric bill by 100%.

Absolutely love Cascades at Southern Hills!
This community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The grounds are maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet, and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch — from the pool and fitness center to the walking trails and shared spaces, everything is thoughtfully designed and well-kept.
The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently,... which is a huge plus.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and beautiful place to live. I highly recommend Cascades at Southern Hills to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe
