Regarding your pest control request, we’re disappointed to hear that you have not received the follow-up you expected. We take maintenance and service requests seriously and we have had to prioritize ac work orders due to extreme heat, and we would appreciate the opportunity to look into the specific request and determine where the communication may have fallen short.
