My aunt lived here A LONG TIME and they were horribie, roaches, termites, no water , pipes bursting and maitenance is slooooowww and just awful expeirience. DO NOT RENT HERE RUN AWAY!!!

Great for first time tenants
I’ve never rented an apartment before so when I chose to rent here I was nervous due to all the bad reviews. I had a tour and this apartment complex seemed perfect for me. I’ve now been living here for a little over a year now and just transferred from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. Approval was super fast both times and I’ve had very few issues that were easily fixed. I recommend checking this apartment complex out especially for first time tenants. Down deposit isn’t very expensive,... especially if you use there jetty bond option. Comes with great utilities like WI-FI paid through your rent so you don’t have to worry about that. Super quiet neighbors.
