This service requires annual renewals and is a requirement for all tenants regardless of a pet being on a lease or not. No vicious dogs are allowed. Tenant must pick up after their pet, with a $50.00 fine per occurrence for failure to do so. If written permission is granted, the Tenant agrees to cover the cost of professional de-fleaing and de-ticking of the dwelling upon move-out.
