Excellent Place to Live
Love the community and apartment. The kitchen is huge and works great for cooking with my kids. Everyone that works for Cortland have been really nice to work with and fix any issues that arise quickly. Love that they are continuing to do upgrades to the community to make it even nicer. Super close to the bike trail which is a plus!

Love it!
Long time resident. A great place to live with a wonderful service team! They are kind, attentive to residents and responsive to any questions or needs. Property is well maintained and it’s an excellent location. Highly recommend.

Horrible move in experience. Third party billing never works, then requires extra fees. Company ignores issues with apartments and does a half job of trying to correct anything. Refrigerators provided are excessively small.
