Cortland has been a wonderful place to live at! We have had friendly neighbors and families here. Police patrol the area on several occasions insuring safety in the community. They have a lot to offer here such as a community gym, coffee bar, and a community pool. They have clear parking and plenty of guest parking for extra cars or friends and family to visit. Their staff has always been friendly and quick to respond. I have not had a negative experience here after over a year of living here.
