I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing! Pathetic poorly build upstairs floors. Morning and nights everyday. Including now all day.

Living here the past year has been amazing. The management and maintenance team has been timely with getting things done. Neighbors seem to respect your privacy too and had not have much trouble.

Dylan and Dana are FANTASTIC
Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well... they treat residents and try to work with Cortland as a whole to make sure that we're taken care of.
