If you want a very unpleasant living environment, this is the place to be. The only problem is noise. Because the building is made of materials that do not provide noise insulation, you will hear everything, there is vibration and the feeling that the walls are shaking. I am tired of being a hostage to the situation, as I live on the second floor and hear constant noise from the neighbors above and complaints from the neighbors below. And if you are unlucky with your neighbors, your life here... will become unbearable. In this case, the administration is powerless and will just send letters with violations and inaction.

Apartment living can present challenges with sound transfer, and while building materials meet all code requirements, some noise between homes is unfortunately unavoidable... . That said, we do take noise complaints seriously. Our team follows a documented process that includes communicating with all parties involved, issuing notices when violations occur, and working with residents to encourage a respectful living environment. While we cannot control every aspect of how neighbors live, we remain committed to addressing concerns as they are reported and doing everything within our authority to maintain a comfortable community for all residents.

Excited to move in
My family cannot wait to live at Reserve of Sugarcreek. My kids are very excited for the pool and playground. The whole team was very helpful during the application process. We live out of state so having the ability to take a virtual tour was huge. They were very responsive and polite to any questions we had.

The definition of luxury living
The Reserve of Sugarcreek is a stunning apartment community. I cannot wait to move into my dream apartment next month! The staff are excellent they are all so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new apartment!!

Pick it, you deserve the best
Jeremy and his staff are amazing. The entire process ( application, lease sign, move in)was easy and they were easy to talk to and work with. The property is amazing, units, pool, etc. Great location, beautiful community, amazing units, helpful staff- what else could you need?

Amazing Property
I absolutely loved The Reserve of Sugarcreek! They have so many different options to meet everyone's needs. Grace helped me out in my apartments search and she was fantastic. I have never met a more welcoming and friendly group of people than the leasing staff at The Reserve of Sugarcreek! I cannot wait to move in and enjoy the heated saltwater pool and the Starbucks coffee bar! If you are looking for a new apartment I highly suggest The Reserve of Sugarcreek!
