Pet screening is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants. Additional screening fees and pet rent applies for household pets. Service Animals do not require any additional fees provided supporting documentation is submitted and verified through a reasonable accommodation/modification request packet and/or third party screening service. Co-signers, when required, must complete an application. Co-signers must have a strong credit history, verifiable income to cover any income requirements, and own real estate.
