Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in real estate. In the late 1990s, I seized the opportunity to become a Certified General Appraiser (CGA) in Ohio. I successfully ran my appraisal company for a decade before taking on the role of Appraisal Reviewer for the largest mortgage company in the country. Continuing to advance, I became an Appraisal Underwriter. In 2006, I expanded my horizons even further by obtaining my real estate sales license, and that's when I truly found my passion. Drawing upon my previous experiences, I now serve as a REALTOR and Sales Executive for Comey & Shepherd Realtors. Although I still hold my CGA license, I use it solely to benefit my clients. Additionally, I've achieved the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and the esteemed Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, held by fewer than 3% of all REALTORS nationwide. I was humbled by being named the 2017 Realtor of the Year by the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS. In recent years, I obtained a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and an At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation.
