I've been living at the Alston for 6 years. I moved in July 1, 2019 my apartment is located in building 1. The Alston opened May 2019. The Staff at the Alston have been extremely helpful throughout the years. Justine, Pat, Keri, Audrey and Samara always Greet me "Hello" when they see me. I always feel Safe at the Alston inside and outside of the building. The Alston is well kept inside. The landscaping outside is Beautiful!!! I definitely recommend the Alston to be your Home.

Alston apartments is a safe and clean environment which is close to LIRR. The apartments are relatively new and a decent size compared for other options in the area. However there are small customer and resident related services that do not quite make you feel cared for or looked after. There are lags in leadership and managers making sure the details of moving in or moving out are completed as well as collecting rent checks and placing maintenance orders.

I was the first person to sign my lease in 2019. The Alston Staff always greets me when I enter the lobby of building A1000. They are very professional and courteous. My stay here has been very comforting. This is my home and I look forward to many more years here.
