The place is great, so far I can't complain. The only problem is the slowness in repairing an issue. For two months I haven't been able to use the toilet bowl in the main bathroom due to a broken pipe on the ground floor, and we haven't heard anything about it since Christmas. I understand is a big issue to fix but 2 months is a bit too much. For the rest everything looks good.

Overall, living in this community has been acceptable, but there are several areas where improvement would greatly enhance the experience. Greater responsiveness from management and added safety measures, such as making the community gated will make it safer. Also, a stronger enforcement of community policies is also needed. Trash rooms are often left in poor condition, with unflattened cardboard, trash on the floor, and shopping carts left near elevators. Cooking odors sometimes spread into... hallways due to doors being left open. In addition, some pet owners use areas without camera coverage and do not clean up after their pets despite posted fines. Late night noise and unsupervised minors in building amenities further impact the community.
Construction of a warehouse behind Building 100 has also created ongoing noise, including weekend work, and will eventually affect both the view and the quiet environment residents once enjoyed. Read More

The best place to live! So close to New York and yet you can enjoy the peace and quiet of life. Clean and neat with good access to groceries.

I have been here for ten months, my experience so far has been very nice, I feel very happy and peaceful living here, I like to live here because everything is very clean, I am waiting to renew my contract.
