One-Of-A-Kind-Community!
Living at Fairways at Cranford has been a blessing. Its unbeatable location is synonymous with utmost convenience due to its proximity to transportation, malls, parks, great restaurants, grocery stores, medical centers, schools, and major highways. Walk-in closets, state-of-the-art appliances, abundant storage, and ample natural light enhance the functional and beautiful layout of my apartment. The Fairways hallways and shared areas are immaculate and quiet. The manicured and lushly landscaped... grounds convey a sense of privacy and serenity far from the town bustle. Besides its outstanding physical attributes, Fairways at Cranford has human assets embodied in its
incomparable management team. Jose and the fabulous Fairways maintenance team have handled all of my issues with speedy responsiveness, exceptional skill, and kind courtesy. Lexi, Jada, and Craig, the welcoming and approachable Fairways office staff, have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live; they've served as my lifeline during my nine months here. I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Fairways at Cranford to anyone searching for a place to call home.

Peaceful living & super helpful leasing team!!
Living at Fairways has been a really good experience so far. It’s a very quiet, clean, comfortable & cozy place to live and the location is super convenient. The community is well-kept and just has a really nice, peaceful vibe.
I especially want to shout out Lexi in the leasing office! She’s truly amazing. Probably one of the best leasing consultants you can ever ask for. She’s so sweet, super friendly, and always willing to help no matter what. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she... responded quickly and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She genuinely cares about her residents, which makes a huge difference.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here!

The cleanliness of the building is subpar, especially on weekends when there is no staff to constantly mind the trash rooms and hallways where residents leave things a mess with no regard for proper disposal of waste. There are times when you can barely open the trash room
door because people dump open bags of everything right on the floor, do not put the trash down the chute etc. It’s a disgrace for a building at this price point. There is also a lack of security around the building and a... complex of this size, especially with the large parking area and walking paths, should have security at night.
