Great place to live. The building is nice and clean and very well maintained. The staff is very courteous It has a pretty good gym and summers are really nice because the outdoor pool is on the rooftop.

I had a good stay at Quincy New Brunswick for the past two years. Maintenance was reliable and responsive, and the amenities were well maintained. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I had a positive experience here.

Love this building it’s so pretty and cozy, the garage is a risk for robbery but they don’t own it. Roe is cool a little serious sometimes but overall cool. Maintenance guys are great and love their job a request gets solved asap, no bugs if you’re clean, packages are pretty safe
