I had a good stay at Quincy New Brunswick for the past two years. Maintenance was reliable and responsive, and the amenities were well maintained. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I had a positive experience here.

Love this building it’s so pretty and cozy, the garage is a risk for robbery but they don’t own it. Roe is cool a little serious sometimes but overall cool. Maintenance guys are great and love their job a request gets solved asap, no bugs if you’re clean, packages are pretty safe

We’ve loved our experience at the Quincy! It’s a beautiful building and very convenient to everything. The staff are helpful and keep the place well maintained and very clean! It’s been a great chapter for us and I’m sure we’ll miss it when we move.

really nice apartments and great staff but extremely expensive and there’s been fire alarms going off every week. sometimes at 5am and sometimes at 11pm
