The Brownstone At Englewood South continues to be a highly recommended community. Some of its biggest highlights are its amenities including: the pool, the gym and it boasts very well groomed grounds. More often than not, it is difficult to detect that this is a pet friendly environment, as it is so very well maintained.

My partner and I have had a great experience so far. Community is clean, unit is well maintained for the most part, and no loud noises from any other tenants, very important, I can’t hear nothing from the other units!

Overall, The Brownstones is a great place to live. The community is made up of friendly residents, and both the office staff and maintenance team are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Within the last few years, the staff members have changed and they have all been great to deal with. One thing I really appreciate is that the property management is consistently making upgrades and improvements throughout the complex, which helps keep the amenities modern and well maintained.

While there are a few areas within the apartments that could benefit from updates, my overall experience has been very positive.

Beautiful and safe community near all major highways and well kept. This complex is well maintained by caring kind professionals. We have community get togethers that the leasing office organizes which are wonderful. Maintenance team is also top of the line, and my neighbors are very friendly.

There's a lot to love about living here. We have nice things. Mostly. However, some nice things are in visible disrepair--blinds in the gym, a leak in the gym, busted lamps on the fencing around the pool, a garage door left permanently open for months in the wake of some theft in other buildings, scaffolding over the retail areas that has been up for a year--yes, these things need repair and could happen to any complex. But the longer they look busted, the more some people will feel they don't... have to take care of stuff. That they can leave their trash or poop around, that they can take over common areas and abuse them, that they can break into restricted areas or allow access to non-residents to our amenities. "If the complex doesn't care about keeping things nice, I won't either." I think the complex is better than that, but that's not the image that's projected.
