We have had a maintenance ticket open for 3 months. We miss Laura from leasing she was great. Things were different. We miss all the fun events she planned and how she made the community feel like a home. There are people we talk to in the residence that can also feel the difference since she left. Please bring Laura back and Ryan from maintenance. He was also great knew what he was doing and promptly triaged tickets.

We would also like to clarify that our resident events program remains active, with Togather... coffee continuing to visit multiple times each month, a recent Mother's Day event, an upcoming Father's Day event, and summer activities including movie nights on the lawn and our annual pool party.

The premises is well maintained by management overall; communication is fluid regarding upcoming projects, events etc.
My overall score would have been a 5, had it not been for the occasional poor upkeep by residents due to not picking up after their pets.
Overall, I would recommend this community??
