Its not bad place to live but I also feel with the amount of money tenants pay, I shouldn't walk to a door handle that dangles every other month.

Wifi was definitely a issue but staff tried to keep us informed.
I do enjoy the pool I just wish it wasn't so strict with guest but I assume its like that because past residents took advantage of the situation. I think they should soften the rules a bit.

The staff try to be accommodating.

We’re glad to hear you enjoy the pool and that our staff has been accommodating. Regarding the door handle, we’re aware of the issue and are currently... waiting for our contractor to complete a permanent fix, as we understand the temporary solutions haven’t held up well.

We’re also happy to report that the Wi-Fi is back up and running. We’re actively exploring more reliable options to prevent similar disruptions in the future.

As for the pool guest policy, we limit guests on weekends to ensure residents can fully enjoy the space, especially during busy times. We understand it can feel strict, and we’ll continue to evaluate the policy to strike the right balance.
