The Avondale is a wonderful place to live! I have been here for over 5 years and have always felt that the management goes above and beyond to make this complex a great place to live. Since the new management team has been in place it is even better..I just wish I could get a newer refrigerator! I'm very happy here and highly recommend Avondale.

My experience at the Avondale, and Camden Del Mar when I moved in in 2010 has been excellent. But now with these new owners, not so much. I will be moving out when my lease is up in July.

The maintenance people at the Avondale are great. They almost always come quickly every time I have needed something to be fixed or done in my Apartment.
It’s a great team.
Mitch came yesterday in a very timely manner and took care of the problem.

The maintenance crew at the Avondale is always great. They are gracious and very courteous and they come out as soon as they can to fix whatever issues you may be having. I am very impressed by them. I have been here going on seven years and they are just great and I appreciate them. Thank you.
