The Avondale is a very nice apartment community. I feel very safe here and it is in a convenient location. Close to stores and many restaurants. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It is also very pet friendly. The homes themselves are roomy and up to date. i almost dont want to leave to go out. :)

Avondale is a beautiful clean, diverse community. Avondale has great amenities, weight room pools sauna and work area for professionals. They also have good community events. It’s a great place to live

Living at Avondale has been wonderful! I have been here for over 6 years I love the green I love the trees ..the management the people. I feel safe here. We love this place. It's so close to everything. The office staff are friendly and their coffee is great!

Renters Beware
I thought I was getting a nice apartment in a gated community. This couldn't be the furthest thing from the truth. Stay away this apartment complex is a joke. We had issues from day one not only with the apartment itself having an unlimited amount of issues that still were not all taken care of when we decided that we got a lemon and left. They are trying to charge us 9k for breaking a lease when we asked several times to be moved to a different apartment in the complex and got ignored. The... apartment stunk of smoke, the place was caked in nicotine residue, even after them allegedly cleaning it 3 times. We had mechanical issues. We had to ask them to replace all of the fire alarms. We had noise issues and they (the management) blatantly outed us to our neighbors to the point where we were confronted. It was so much more, save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this place. They are a joke. I am going to everything possible to let as many people know how awful our experience was here.

Concerning the allegations about the cleanliness of the apartment, hygiene is a top priority for us and our team adheres to cleaning protocols to maintain cleanliness in all our apartments. As for the lease termination charges, we understand your frustration. However, it's important to note that breaking a lease does incur costs as outlined in our lease agreement. Regarding your experience with noise, we address such concerns internally to ensure that such incidents are handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism. It's disheartening to hear about your negative perception of our community. We are committed to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all residents. We appreciate your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced during your stay with us.

The most expensive stress
If you can afford $400 in rent hikes every year and 200+ in fees for things that almost never work, this place will work out fine. All the Google ratings are for maintenance because if they change a light bulb, the managers will email you to "rate the work" but obviously they just want a fake 5 star rating to look better. It's loud, impossible for any window or door to keep out the heat/cold, smells like dog poop, and you're lucky when managers put on a nice face in front of new prospects.
