Honestly, the Avondale is a great place to live, greystar however, is making a bad first impression when they took over. Fix your payment systems, and lay off the constant inspections, I've had to sacrifice my reasonable right to privacy because I keep getting some kind of inspection every month.

I've been living here for 3 years, and it's been a great experience, so far. The staff are friendly and the maintenance crew are spot on with any request you put in. Overall, I would recommend for families and anyone looking for Summerlin living without Summerlin prices!
