My overall experience here at Tesoro Ranch has been amazing! The online process to apply was easy and the leasing team that reached out to us was very helpful and nice. When we arrived to get our keys and finish the leasing process the front office staff was able to answer all my questions and made the process nice and easy for us. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and awesome!! Overall experience so far is 10/10!! :)

I’ve lived at Tesoro Ranch for about 9 months now. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they made my move-in process quick and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I truly feel safe and comfortable here. The community is friendly, and I’ve never had to deal with any noise issues or disruptions.
Another huge plus — I’ve never seen a single bug in my apartment or anywhere around the property, which... says a lot about how well it’s cared for. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been handled quickly, usually the same day unless it’s the weekend.
Overall, Tesoro Ranch is a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable community.

I’ve had a great experience living at Tesoro Ranch Apartments! The community is always well-maintained, and any time I’ve needed assistance, the team has gone above and beyond.
Deon is incredibly professional and attentive — always making sure residents are taken care of and the property runs smoothly. Lanni is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about making sure everything in the office is handled quickly and efficiently. And Mauricio deserves a huge shout-out for his hard work and... dedication — he’s always on top of maintenance requests and keeps everything looking great around the property.
Overall, Tesoro Ranch feels like home because of the amazing staff who take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming place to live!
