Parc Haven is a beautiful property with reasonably priced units for what is being provided. However, office staff make communication with management difficult and inconvenient and fail to uphold amenities around the building, such as the resident center coffee machine, hallway cleanliness, gym machine functionality, and control over leash laws and pet cleanliess around the building. I highly recommend Parc Haven as a place to live if you are willing to overlook the former items, as it is in a... great location, and houses some fantastic members of the downtown community.

If you're looking for convenience, comfort, and well-maintained living in the heart of Las Vegas, Parc Haven Apartments is a great choice. Its prime downtown location means you're never far from anywhere—most places across the city are reachable in about 30 minutes, making it ideal for both work and play. Whether you're heading to work, the airport, or out for the night, the central location has been one of the biggest perks.

The property is consistently well cared for, with clean common areas...
and prompt maintenance service. While the rent may be on the higher end, it reflects an expectation for a higher standard of living—and for the most part, that expectation is met.

One standout feature is the community’s non-smoking policy. Smoking of cigars, cigarettes, marijuana or anything similar is strictly prohibited inside or within 9 feet of the building. For tenants who are sensitive or allergic to smoke, this creates a much healthier and more breathable living environment. It’s a thoughtful policy that prioritizes the well-being of all residents.

Leasing staff /management is a pleasure to work with. Parc Haven provides beautiful views of The Strip, Fremont St. and the mountains. The property is very tidy and well kept.
