We moved in and were immediately let down — keys weren't ready on time, the apartment was filthy, and our moving truck got towed from a parking spot the manager told us to use. The manager promised us one month free rent to make it right. That credit never happened. Instead, when we moved out, we found they had been taking our security deposit to cover rent without ever telling us.
After moving out on February 24, 2026, we were legally owed our deposit back within 30 days. It has been well past... that deadline and we still have not seen a dime. Every time we call, it goes straight to voicemail. Emails take weeks to get a response, and all we got was "we're working on it" and "we need to check with finance." Then they told us the check was already sent — that was over a month ago. Nothing arrived.
This property changes managers every 2–3 months and it shows. No accountability, no follow-through, and zero customer service. We have now sent a formal demand letter via Certified Mail and will be filing in Small Claims Court if this is not resolved. We are also filing complaints with the appropriate housing and consumer protection agencies.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress.

Friendly staff Lanny the Manager was very helpful and assisted with all my needs. Maintenance supervisor Jairo is great with completeting work orders in a timely manner. Sandra the assistant manager was very helpful and inviting when visiting the office. I would definitely recommend living at citron.
