This is my third year living in the community and while I loved it at first, it has seriously gone down hill over the last 6-8 months. The best part about this community is the maintenance crew. They are all extremely helpful and so nice.

A Warning for Future Residents: Document Everything

I moved into this complex in March 2025 and immediately discovered severe issues that were not visible during the tour. After moving in, I hired an independent, certified mold inspector whose lab results confirmed high levels of toxic mold spores (Chaetomium and Penicillium/Aspergillus) inside the unit.

Despite presenting these professional lab findings to the regional and onsite management teams, my requests for proper remediation were ignored. This situation eventually led to a formal...
hearing where a judge ruled that the property was negligent and that I was owed a full refund and damages for these uninhabitable conditions.

?Even with a court ruling in my favor, management has still not fulfilled their obligation to pay what is owed. If you value your health and your time, please be aware that you may have to take extreme measures to get this company to follow basic habitability laws. Save every email and get your own air testing done if you suspect a problem.

i do not like it at all and fully unsatisfied. low management, high rent amount, dirty, unsafe place, open gated, and at night it is not safe at all. There are many charges around and every month we face new mandatory extra payments and fee. The office management team is mostly not answering the phone even during business hours.
