I want to start off by thanking the Citron team. I moved here from San Diego and this was the first apartment complex I wanted to see. My partner and I decided to move here because of a few things. The staff was welcoming and understanding, Clean, well maintained Units, and close to stores,gas stations, and freeway. I have been a tenent since January 2025 and whaty I have seen over these past few months is nothing but progress and new features to the complex. 10/10

Warm, welcoming, and wonderful!!
My husband and I recently moved from out of state and toured many communities in Las Vegas before choosing Citron. Out of all of them, Citron had the kindest and most welcoming staff by far – they truly took the time to make us feel at home. The move-in process was smooth and stress free. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and it feels like a true retreat. We’re incredibly happy with our decision and already planning to stay longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a... comfortable and friendly place to live!

Beautiful community!
I had the pleasure of touring here with a friend of mine that was looking to lease. This is definitely a dream community. I would love to live here when my lease ends. The staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept up with.

The new management company has made a lot of improvements as far as getting mailboxes that we can actually get our mail in and not have them broken into, but we still have the situation of not feeling this is a safe place to live.
