Great place to live!
Apex is clean, well-maintained, comfortable layout, modern facilities, amazing views and lots of natural light.
What's really important though is the staff. Candace, the office manager, is unmatched. She has amazing attention to detail and she always seems to be three steps ahead of any problem before it even lands. She makes time to be available—she’s present, always ready to help and handles everything with a calm confidence and grace that makes everything smoother. She deserves good vibes... ONLY!

Management doesn’t answer to people right away not being on top of things how they’re supposed to be! The last management crew were way better more on top of things around the building always answering phones and returning calls.
