who by the way is very friendly, good positive attitude, made me feel welcomed.
Really considering moving in after the great experience I encountered.

I live around the corner on topaz and I don't like my street that I stay on I found needles in the community in around my apartment complex this particular apartment is across the street from the park I have tooken my children there and I have seen the type of stuff that goes on by this apartment complex to keep it simple they need to clean up the streets and I don't mean trash on the floor

Hi, I just stopped by your property and i must say, i was surprised. I read a few reviews and i would have to disagree. I seen three actual units. The flooring was new and carpet. I seen you did some upgrades which i love. yes, it is a older property but they are keeping up with times as far as flooring, carpet, counter and fixtures. The rooms it self are a bit small but i'm looking to down size so its perfect. The staff was very nice and friendly. This property reminded me of that cheers... episode where everyone knew everyone. While walking to the units everyone said hi and greeted each other i loved that. The garden is cute, i have never seen that in Las Vegas. Thank you, for the peppers and tomatoes. I will be renting here. The only down side was no washer and dryer and lots of olive trees. Read More

Notice in the photos how there are no pictures of the inside of the apartments this is because they are old and each one is different. Don't listen when they tell you what will be in your apartment make sure you see it first. Everything in this area is closed and lots of homeless now.
